Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registration fee
- Earlybird Rate – until 20 June, 2022 – is 78.100 ISK (ca EUR 550)
- Student Rate is 71.000 ISK (ca EUR 500)
- Regular Rate – 21 June – 18 August, 2022 – is 92.300 ISK (ca EUR 650)

Registration fee includes a light lunch and coffee/tea on both conference days, as well refreshments and drinks during the welcome event at the end of conference day one.
Sign-up and payment for the closing dinner is optional and included on the registration form.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Conference Organizers. Cancellations before 15 June will received a full refund less ISK 10.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 15 June 2022, but changes can be made at any time. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours before arrival date (3 working days). Neither the organizers of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Service fee for all changes is ISK 4.500,
Delivery mode
Despite uncertain times, the organizer intends to have the conference in person in Reykjavik on the advertised dates and will spare no effort to make that happen. If such in person mode will not be legally possible, become impossible due to practical, economic reasons or are estimated to carry too much risk, the delivery mode of the conference may be changed from in person to hybrid or fully online.
If the conference is fully online, conference dates may also change but recordings will be available to delegates. By registering for this conference, you are not assured of the delivery mode. You will not be entitled to a refund or to cancel outside of the regular cancellation terms outlined above should delivery mode need to change.
Data use agreement
By registering for this Congress, you (the delegate) agree that your personal data will be processed for registration and handling purposes, as well as to send you information in connection with the congress. Any personal data will be solely used in accordance with current EU data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the delegate’s written consent. If you do not submit the data indicated as “required”, we cannot complete your registration.
